Months after your date of loss there may be reason to visit the scene of the accident.  The police generally investigate an accident scene from a criminal point of view and not one from a liability standpoint.  We are not professing to be accident scene reconstructionists, however, we are very competent in conducting basic measurements, video, highly detailed scene photographs and interviews with nearby residents and/or businesses, which might be able to point liability elsewhere.

MORTGAGE FRAUD

FOREIGN DEATH CLAIMS


We have conducted numerous investigations with regards to contestable death claims.  A common occurrence involves a family traveling overseas, usually to the country where one of the family members was born and experiences a "death" among one of the travellers.  Sometimes they are "killed" in a car accident and sometimes they just "got sick and died".  Investigative Intel has numerous operatives worldwide that can assist in securing all the official documentation, if they exist, on the accident and all interviews as well.  We have found numerous times that the supposed deceased was living in a village with their relatives while their spouse was back home in Canada attempting to collect on the insurance money.  We have also seen these claims involve young children who have allegedly died while overseas.
